Getting Started
How to join

Become a registered patient
Plans are for registered patients, so new patients cannot sign up directly. You need to come in for a new patient examination first. Our new patient offer is £60, including two X-rays and a complimentary scale & polish.

Choose your plan and register
Once you are registered, join online for Preston or Leigh using the buttons above. For Tamworth, call the clinic and the team will set up your plan.

Set up your Direct Debit
Your monthly plan fee is collected by Direct Debit on the 1st of each month, or shortly after.
The agreement is with your dentist and cannot be transferred to another practice or dentist.
Key terms
- Minimum term: 12 months. If you cancel during this period, the practice may recoup appointment fees and any treatment discount you have received.
- Cancelling: after the initial term you can cancel at any time by telling the practice by telephone or email.
- Plan fees: fees may change. The practice aims to review fees once a year and will give you advance notice by post or email.
- Missed payments: if we cannot collect your fee, we will contact you to collect it by Direct Debit or directly at the practice.
- Appointments: please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you cannot attend, or a missed appointment fee may apply. You need to attend your regular examinations to keep your plan benefits.
